First, Second and Third DUI with injury and Hit and Run

Placer County Driving under the influence Multiple DUI’s all pending at once. Client was facing a first and second dui. While that case was pending, Client picked up a third DUI in which a person was injured.

Exposure: 4 years and six months in jail + $10,000 fine + Ignition Interlock Device + 18-month alcohol education class.

Result: Client was allowed to take DUI recovery court. Client only had to do 30 days in Jail. Initial offer was 600 days in custody.
