Monterey County Fish and Wildlife Charges Dismissed.

Fish and wildlife charges client with possession of stolen documents. We convinced DA’s office that the documents did not meet the legal definition of “stolen property”, we also argued that the case they violated the statute of limitations on this case and that publishing is protected free speech. DA’s office threatened to upgrade the case to a felony, but we prevailed, and all charges were dismissed.
