Fish and Game. 12 Felonies Reduced To A Fine

Fish and Game recommended 12 felony charges for client. We were able to convince the Attorney General to offer 1 misdemeanor charge for no jail time and a small fine. The Court returned all of our client’s hunting property. Fish and Game’s vehemently objected to the return of the property.
